Please Note: As part of our commitment to supporting our feeder primary schools, St Mary’s College does not accept enrolment applications or transfers for primary-aged students who would otherwise attend Sacred Heart Primary School, Yea, or St Joseph’s Primary School, Nagambie.
These schools have a long and valued history within their communities, and maintaining strong enrolments helps ensure their ongoing sustainability and ability to continue providing Catholic education to local families. If you believe you have a valid reason for seeking a transfer, we encourage you to discuss your circumstances with your current Principal in the first instance.
In addition, we do not accept student transfers from local schools during the academic year. If this applies to your situation, your application will be placed on file and considered as part of the following year’s enrolment intake.

2027 Enrolment Interviews
We will be holding enrolment interviews throughout May & June.
– Secondary (Years 7-12): Monday 11th May – Friday 15th May
– Primary (Foundation – Year 6): Monday 22nd June – Friday 26th June
Once your application has been submitted, an email will be sent to you at a later date with a link to choose a date and time for your child’s interview.
Please ensure that all enrolment applications are submitted by 1st May to avoid being placed on the waitlist.
